NO SMOKING

The Falstaff Ramsgate is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in guest rooms or inside the hotel. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00PM. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00AM.

A later check-out time can be arranged with the front desk on arrival. Excess Baggage can be stored if required for a day or two, charges will apply.  Please discuss with the front desk on arrival.

RESERVATIONS & DEBIT CARD

Bookings for accommodation require that a credit card or debit card number be given at the time of booking.

Parties or Corporate bookings for the Waterloo Room require a debit or credit card number or a deposit (the amount to be agreed as a percentage of the full cost of the reservation) at such times as the booking be confirmed by the client or hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel, please do so 2 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

ACCOMMODATION CHARGES

All accommodation rates are on a Room and Breakfast Only basis, unless otherwise stated. The charge includes: unlimited Standard WiFi Internet access in your guest room and throughout the hotel (excluding meeting space).  WiFi is available for meetings in the Waterloo Room, additional charges may apply.

LIABILITY FOR ACCOMMODATION AND EXTRAS

Guests are personally liable for the cost of their accommodation and for any charges for extras incurred during their stay. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest (the lead guest) providing credit/debit card details is personally liable for the cost of accommodation and extras for the entire group. 

DAMAGE

We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying any damage caused by guests to the hotel, or its fittings, fixtures and furnishings.  If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention and charged for but, if discovered after the departure of the guest we reserve the right tocharge the cost to the guest’s credit/debit card, or to send an invoice to the guest’s registered address. 

PET AND GUIDE DOG POLICY

All guide dogs and pet dogs, less that 15lbs, are welcomed free of charge to the hotel but must remain with their owner at all times. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the food and beverage areas. Staff will not be responsible for pets.

Our Garden Room is dog friendly. Please discuss with our reservations manager your requirements when booking in with a pet or assistance dogs.  Charges may apply.

PARKING

Parking is available in our designated car parking space in the car park to the rear of the Falstaff, at a cost of £5 per day. Parking is at the risk of the car owner. The Falstaff accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to parked cars. There is free car parking available in the municipal car park near Ramsgate High Street.
